In the case of an accident, call the fire brigade emergency number 112. Give details about the following questions to the control centre:
- What happened? Short description of the emergency situation.
- Where did it happen? Street name, crossing, house number.
- How many casualties are there? Number, if possible type of injury.
- Who is reporting the emergency? Name, current location, telephone number.
